WA RAD LICENSE or WA CARDIOVASCULAR INVASIVE SPECIALIST REQUIRED

Certs Req: ARRT R for RAD license and RCIS/RCES for CIS license
BLS Req: BLS, ACLS,
Is on-call Req: No - Techs may sign up for "Late Stay" to complete an ongoing procedure, but you would not do a case to follow and when you leave you are NOT "on-call" and could not be called back.

Special Notes:
Patients undergoing coronary device implant (pacemakers/ICDs), diagnostic EP and ablation procedures.
---Pacemakers, ICDs (including SQ), Loop Recorders, Micra-pacemakers, Lead extractions w/ Surgery support
---Ablations= VT (including epicardial) , PVC, AFib, Aflutter, All other atrial ablations, Transeptal approach, etc.
---Biosenses Webster CARTO Mapping and Ablation
---Client Precision Mapping and Ablation
---We use Cryo for some AFib ablations
---Biotronik temp pacemaker box, Siemens X300 ICE machine, Laser, Impella, IABP, PA lines (swans), Alaris IV pump, Hemochron ACT machine
Monitoring = Client CardioLab
Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
