Job Details
BLS required, 2 years' experience, ARRT Required. VA licence, Adult patient population.
Certification Requirements: BLS, ARRT in Radiation Therapy
Must have an active VA License at submittal
What areas will they cover: Outpatient clinic
2 years experience
Experience or 'Must have' skills: experience with Varian True Beam equipment.
Types of Treatments: External Beam, IMRT, SBRT,
Type of Record & Verify Systems : Aria
EMR or specific types of equipment or software programs: Aria , Epic is used in hospital but rarely used in department
Job Duties: Daily patient treatments, patient education surrounding treatment
Position may float to other locations within system but would be very rare.
Manager/Supervisor: Director and lead therapist.
Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? no
Shifts: M-F 5x8’s

Call requirement & response time none
Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs (solid color) or business casual
Department specific orientation: 5 days 8 hour shift (one week) would be best, willing to extend orientation if needed depending on experience and how quickly traveler feels comfortable
Pay Rate
$61.92 - $66.80/hour
