Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify physical and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Assist patients with strength, balance, coordination, and functional activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient safety and follow infection control standards.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license as required by the state.
- Previous PT experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
