Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, and functional training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient assessment.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$49.03 - $53.91/hour
