Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor Certified – Outpatient
Position Summary
Provide specialized outpatient physical therapy services for patients with pelvic floor and related musculoskeletal conditions. Evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve function, mobility, comfort, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pelvic floor and musculoskeletal evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
- Treat conditions affecting pelvic floor function, mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Educate patients on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current and active state Physical Therapist license.
- Pelvic floor physical therapy certification or specialized training preferred.
- Previous outpatient and pelvic health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
