Progressive Care RN
We are seeking a skilled Progressive Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and intermediate-level care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients with complex medical conditions.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Recognize changes in patient status and respond promptly to clinical needs.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide patient and family education.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous Progressive Care, PCU, Telemetry, or acute-care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
