Program Manager – Value Analysis, Surgical Services
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Value Analysis, Surgical Services to lead initiatives that improve the value, quality, and efficiency of surgical products, services, and clinical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead value analysis projects focused on surgical products, equipment, supplies, and services.
Collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, supply chain, finance, and vendors to evaluate products and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, and quality data to support recommendations and purchasing decisions.
Coordinate product evaluations, trials, standardization, and implementation initiatives.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, performance metrics, and reports related to value analysis initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Previous experience in healthcare value analysis, surgical services, supply chain, or program management preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical products, clinical workflows, and healthcare cost management.
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
