Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical limitations, injuries, and mobility challenges. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, movement, function, and independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
Assist patients with gait, balance, mobility, and strengthening activities.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and patient responses accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain patient safety and follow infection control and professional standards.
Support patients in achieving functional goals and improving independence.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
Previous clinical or physical therapy experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Commitment to safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$59.17 - $76.92/hour
