Physical Therapist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with injuries, physical limitations, and mobility challenges. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
Assist patients with gait, balance, mobility, and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
Recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility techniques when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional practice standards.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Ability to provide patient-centered care and work effectively as part of a healthcar
Pay Rate
$59.17 - $76.92/hour
