Physical Therapist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and support patients in achieving their functional goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ strength, mobility, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.
- Previous physical therapy experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$59.17 - $76.92/hour
