Physical Therapist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and help patients improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assess physical, functional, and mobility needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Assist patients with mobility, balance, strength, and functional activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote patient safety and effective care practices.
- Follow infection control and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$67.89 - $72.76/hour
