Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional challenges. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, balance, and overall independence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify mobility and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
- Improve patients’ strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices.
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Pay Rate
$90.96 - $95.83/hour
