Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients and provide individualized treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. The PT will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support patients in achieving their functional goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assess physical limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Promote safe mobility and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$46.03 - $50.91/hour
