Job Title: Physical Therapist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. The PT will work with patients to support recovery and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assess physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Promote safe mobility, injury prevention, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
