Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to improve mobility and strength.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
Promote safe movement and help patients achieve functional independence.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
