Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress to support safe recovery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
- Improve strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
