Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Develop individualized treatment plans and support safe, effective patient recovery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
- Improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
