Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress to support safe recovery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, gait, balance, and functional training.
- Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Follow patient safety, infection-control, and therapy standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
