Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.
- Perform manual therapy and other appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and rehabilitation protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, patient assessment, and therapeutic techniques.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.48 - $61.36/hour
