Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or physical limitations to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments.
- Improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and function.
- Assist with pain management and recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home-care programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active PT license as required by state regulations.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong patient assessment and clinical skills.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$56.48 - $61.36/hour
