Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized therapy services that improve patients’ mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Document treatment and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Follow patient safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, patient assessment, and treatment techniques.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
