Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, treat, and help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or other physical conditions. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and maximize patient independence while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional needs and rehabilitation goals
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
  • Assess strength, range of motion, posture, coordination, and functional mobility
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility techniques
  • Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, patient progress, and discharge plans in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, and patient safety standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
