Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to patients with physical impairments, injuries, or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
