Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, treat, and support patients with physical impairments, mobility limitations, and functional disabilities. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving strength and function, and promoting overall patient independence and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and rehabilitation protocols
• Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued therapy or adaptive equipment
• Promote patient-centered care and encourage patient participation in rehabilitation goals


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, mobility training, and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay Rate
$42.00 - $47.00/hour
