Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care that helps patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. The PT will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective patient progress.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and independence.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety recommendations, and rehabilitation goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:

Current state license as a Physical Therapist (active and unrestricted).

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$40.00 - $50.00/hour
