Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care that helps patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. The PT will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective patient progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and independence.

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety recommendations, and rehabilitation goals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications:

  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist (active and unrestricted).

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Rate
$40.00 - $50.00/hour
