Bill Rate: $82 before fees

Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Saturday, 9 hours, 7:30-5:00; Sunday: 9 hours, 7:30-5:00; Monday, 11 hours, 8:30-8:00; Tuesday, 11 hours, 8:30-8:00
Experience Requirements: 1 year orthopedic acute care experience required
Experience Preferred: experience with acute care elective joint and trauma patients along with acute care neurological PT (strokes, spine surgery)
License/ Certification Requirements: IL license in Physical Therapy
Floating Requirements: None
Weekend Requirements: yes, as part of the schedule
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: none
Order Status: New Order
Orientation: 8 hours of non-billable orientation- only available first and third Wednesday/Thursday of the month.

$58.54 - $63.41/hour
