Physical Therapist – PT – Inpatient
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient to provide rehabilitation services to hospitalized patients and help improve their mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized inpatient treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, exercises, and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous inpatient, acute-care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$62.75 - $67.63/hour
