Physical Therapist – Outpatient/Inpatient
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, mobility, and therapeutic techniques.
- Previous outpatient, inpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$62.75 - $67.63/hour
