Physical Therapist – Outpatient
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist – Outpatient to evaluate and treat patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
Promote safe movement and functional independence.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous outpatient or clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$59.71 - $64.58/hour
