Physical Therapist – Outpatient
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and mobility training.
- Perform gait, balance, strength, and range-of-motion interventions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment.
- Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license as required.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy.
- Strong clinical assessment, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$59.71 - $64.58/hour
