Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Position Summary
We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with injuries, movement limitations, and other physical conditions. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify physical limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
- Promote mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
