Physical Therapist Assistant
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist patients with exercises and treatments designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments according to established care plans.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, stretching, and mobility activities.
Perform modalities and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with transfers, gait training, and functional activities.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Document patient treatments, progress, and responses accurately.

$41.28 - $46.16/hour
