Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, patient education, and documentation to support safe and effective rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans provided by the Physical Therapist to support patient recovery.

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.

Observe, record, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement practices.

Ensure therapy equipment and treatment areas remain clean, organized, and safe.

Promote a positive, supportive, and motivating environment during all therapy sessions.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and able to follow treatment plans effectively.
Pay Rate
$30.00 - $35.00/hour
