Physical Therapist (PT) – Adult Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services to adult patients, helping improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate adult patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
Treat mobility, strength, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and safe mobility.
Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification preferred/required.
Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques.
Previous adult outpatient experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$90.96 - $95.83/hour
