Certification: CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Pending License: Not Accepted

On-Call: Not Required
Local Travelers: Not Accepted
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract.
Requested Time Off (RTO): Must be included at the time of submission.
