Pharmacist
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications safely while providing clinical support and ensuring quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
Dispense medications and provide appropriate instructions to patients and healthcare staff.
Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, adverse effects, and medication-related concerns.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy.
Provide medication education and counseling to patients and caregivers.
Maintain accurate medication records and follow applicable pharmacy policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
Current Pharmacist license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous clinical, hospital, or pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong medication knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
