Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure the safe, effective, and compliant use of medications. The Pharmacist-in-Charge will provide clinical pharmacy services, supervise pharmacy staff, manage medication therapy, and ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy regulations while delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate medication effectiveness and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and regulatory compliance
• Administer immunizations in accordance with state laws and guidelines
• Supervise, train, and support pharmacy technicians and staff
• Utilize pharmacy management software for prescription processing and documentation
• Stay current with new medications, therapies, and clinical guidelines
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, safety standards, and quality initiatives
