Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendant to provide assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities. The PCA will help promote patient comfort, safety, and independence while ensuring high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support patients with feeding, personal hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a Personal Care Attendant or caregiving training program preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $19.74/hour
