Permanent Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, language, and swallowing function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
• Document patient assessments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred.

Pay Rate
$40.00 - $50.00/hour
