Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a permanent full-time position. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries, illnesses, disabilities, and movement disorders. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, the PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance patients' overall quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, coordination, posture, range of motion, endurance, and functional limitations
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, rehabilitation goals, and clinical progress
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and functional mobility training
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, post-operative, sports-related, and medically complex conditions
• Monitor patient progress, reassess functional outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal recovery
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, pain management, fall prevention, and proper use of assistive devices
• Recommend, fit, and train patients in the use of walkers, canes, crutches, wheelchairs, orthotics, prosthetics, and other adaptive equipment as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, discharge summaries, and patient outcomes in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, discharge planning, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education programs
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Promote patient independence, wellness, and long-term functional recovery through compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation care


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or equivalent educational qualifications accepted by the applicable state licensing board)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based rehabilitation services

Pay Rate
$43.35 - $47.63/hour
