Permanent Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of rehabilitative services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions to improve patient function.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care programs.
• Assist patients with mobility training, therapeutic activities, and functional tasks.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$83,000.00 - $92,000.00/year
