Permanent Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and help patients improve functional independence and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.
Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered treatment environment.
Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration.
Current BLS certification.
Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
