PCT – Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide direct patient care and support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient information.
Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Provide comfort and respond to patient needs while maintaining a safe environment.
Report changes in patient condition to the nurse or appropriate healthcare team member.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and infection prevention standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Completion of a Patient Care Technician, Nursing Assistant, or related healthcare training program preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Previous hospital or patient-care experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, compassion, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay Rate
$20.91 - $25.79/hour
