Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation, payroll processing, and payroll-related software handling. The candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, maintain payroll records, and support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile employee timesheets and attendance records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Verify salary calculations, deductions, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data confidentially.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee compensation updates.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate payroll reports and maintain documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Operate payroll and attendance management software efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Timesheet preparation and reconciliation
- Payroll preparation and processing
- Attendance management
- Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling payroll data.

Pay Rate
$40.49 - $45.37/hour
