Outpatient Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting while helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
Promote safe movement and help patients achieve functional independence.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous outpatient or clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
