Outpatient Physical Therapist

Provide skilled physical therapy services to outpatient patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and other functional conditions. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress toward functional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement techniques.
  • Recommend appropriate assistive devices and therapeutic equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate patient progress and treatment goals with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote patient independence and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic or clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
