Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
- Treat orthopedic injuries, pain, mobility limitations, and post-surgical conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$45.22 - $50.10/hour
