Occupational Therapist (OT)
Position Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and identify functional, physical, and cognitive limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.
Recommend adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies as appropriate.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safe functional activities.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and patient responses accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain patient safety and follow infection control and professional standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state.
Previous clinical or occupational therapy experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
