Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services that help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living and functional skills.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current NBCOT certification required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, rehabilitation, and patient assessment.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$58.94 - $63.82/hour
