Occupational Therapist (OT) – PACS
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. The OT will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress across assigned care settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily functioning.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional independence.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and appropriate safety techniques.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and safe daily activities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and care environments.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
